Cheese Rolling

Tuesday 21st February – Chester City Centre

The festival will be kick started with its annual Cheese Rolling event, which will take place on 21st February in Bridge Street in Chester. Each year teams roll a wheel of cheese around hay bales and farmyard obstacles in a hilarious but very serious competition. Last year’s five times winners, The Cheese Shop took the title again and are now the hot favourites for this year.

Gala Dinner

Wednesday 11th April – Chester Racecourse

The Gala Dinner is the ceremony for those nominated (and most importantly those who won!) in our annual awards. From ‘Best Restaurant’ to ‘Best Sandwich Shop’ we honour the very best of food and drink in Chester.

North West Food Lovers Festival

Friday 19th to Sunday 21st October – Tatton Park

The North West Food Lovers Festival shall be returning to Tatton Park again, kicking off their Christmas events. With 100 exhibitors, chef demonstrations and children’s workshops, this is another fantastic event to explore food and drink in Cheshire and the surrounding areas.
